mortgage law: an overview
A mortgage involves the transfer of an interest in land as security for a loan or other obligation. It is the most common method of financing real estate transactions. The mortgagor is the party transferring the interest in land. The mortgagee, usually a financial institution, is the provider of the loan or other interest given in exchange for the security interest. Normally, a mortgage is paid in installments that include both interest and a payment on the principle amount that was borrowed. Failure to make payments results in the foreclosure of the mortgage. Foreclosure allows the mortgagee to declare that the entire mortgage debt is due and must be paid immediately. This is accomplished through an acceleration clause in the mortgage. Failure to pay the mortgage debt once foreclosure of the land occurs leads to seizure of the security interest and it's sale to pay for any remaining mortgage debt. The foreclosure process depends on state law and the terms of the mortgage. The most common processes are court proceedings (judicial foreclosure) or grants of power to the mortgagee to sell the property (power of sale foreclosure). Many states regulate acceleration clauses and allow late payments to avoid foreclosure.

Some babies cry a lot more than others, even though they may be perfectly healthy and their parents very experienced in handling infants. The amount of time your baby spends crying each day may be less than it seems. Though you may feel that your baby is crying twenty-four hours a day, if you carefully record his actual crying times you may discover that his crying isn't really nonstop. Understandably, your feelings of frustration and helplessness may make it seem that your baby cries endlessly.
People with young onset PD have different problems than their peers.
Firstly they face many more years living with the uncertainties of the disease along with the added problems of coping with children and the dramas they can bring to family life. These patients also may have a lifetime on medication, and the worry and uncertainty it brings with it. They may have the added problems of holding down a job and paying the mortgage, whilst battling with possible drug side-effects and the inevitable tiredness that many have to put up with. Tiredness is a part of the disease that affects both the patient with PD (PWP) and the carer/partner who finds it hard to understand. Often the tiredness is mental as well as physical and, in some cases, leads to loss of social life and isolation.
